Get off to a
quick start.

We want to get you to the homeowner’s door or on the phone as soon as possible so you can start closing deals and earning a paycheck. That is why we have built an online training course to bring you up to speed quickly! All new hires receive training for solar sales and for our systems and processes as part of the onboarding process.

Our “Quick Start Program” allows you to earn up to $1,200 in rewards in the first 90 days for reaching some of your first milestones as a direct sales rep.

Earn a Tesla.

Earn a $3,000 down payment on a Tesla after your first 10 installations with the company. We will also provide a custom wrap of your choosing for marketing, recruiting and running appointments. If you maintain consistent monthly sales from there, we will also provide monthly payments of $750 to go towards your vehicle.

Get paid.

We know how hard you work, that is why we ensure commissions get paid out on a weekly basis. We also pay 50% upfront on all your deals (up to $3,000). The remainder is paid when the project is installed. No more waiting months on end for that paycheck!
